Boost delivers fast-paced, high-intensity Reformer classes that blend strength training, resistance, and functional movement for total-body results. Each 50-minute session is performed on a Balanced Body Allegro I Reformer and incorporates dumbbells and dynamic props to challenge every muscle group. The workout is low-impact yet high-intensity. Each class is intentionally programmed to build strength, endurance, and control through precise, compound movement.

Every “Reformer: All Levels” class offers layered options for Newbies and advanced challenges for Pros, so everyone leaves feeling the Boost Burn.

I’m new to Pilates and was honestly very nervous and scared to go to my first class.The instructor was very kind and made sure I knew/felt comfortable around the reformer. When I was having difficulty with one of the exercises, she offered me a balancing stick and it made all the difference for me :) She also made sure my form was right so I wouldn’t hurt myself. If you are a beginner or a pro, instructors here know how to challenge both and keep the class going even when you want to give up!! 👊🏼 🙌🏼

I love Boost. I’ve been to most of the Pilates studios in Houston and I get the best workout here. Don't worry if you’re new to reformer-they will modify and work with you!

I can’t recommend Boost enough! Every class is thoughtfully structured, challenging, and motivating. The instructors have a way of explaining movements so clearly that I understand not only how to do them, but also why they matter for my body. Their attention to form and detail ensures I’m working the right muscles and avoiding injury. What I love most is the energy! Instructors are encouraging without being overbearing, and they know exactly when to push me to the next level.

As a former long time fitness professional it is easy for me to recognize when someone is a good teacher or not. And Mara is. She brings energy and positive vibes, but also has a strong knowledge of the movements she is prescribing and human anatomy. She was fantastic, and I highly recommend her class.

By far THE BEST Pilates studios in Colorado!!! Between incorporating cardio with every class along with working the various muscle groups each day, this is the only complete workout you'll need. The instructors are all knowledgeable and friendly (Mara and Keira being two of my favs!) and it’s a super fun, clean environment which caters to students of all levels. It’s as easy or as challenging as you want to make it.

Mara is the most incredible instructor and human being. Coming to her class is the best part of my day because of the pure energy she exudes while teaching. The best start to my morning. It was my first reformer class and the instructor ensured I didn’t feel awkward and her instructions were very clear. The client experience and client safety are our top priorities! Please read prior to booking:

  • NEW CLIENTS must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. If you do not at least 1 minute prior to the start of class, you will not be able to participate in class in class or safety and legal purposes.
  • EXISTING CLIENTS must arrive no later than 4 minutes and 59 seconds past the start of class. If you are 5 minutes late, you will not be permitted into class.
  • No one under 16 years of age is permitted to take class. A minor 16-17 years old may participate only with a parent or legal guardian present.
